JOB SPECIFICS

• Join an exciting new Orthopedic adventure with a team of 3 non-operative sports medicine physicians
• Role is a mix of office hours and walk-in clinic care
• Flexible schedule with rotating weekend coverage
• Opportunity to work with a team of Orthopedic physicians with on-site training provided
• $10,000 sign on bonus

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $55.20--$63.65.

Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics
