The Minneapolis VA Health Care System, a major teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Minnesota, has an immediate opening for a Non-Invasive Staff Cardiologist in the Cardiology section of the Primary Care Patient Service Line. The candidate must have experience in general cardiology and non-invasive imaging cardiac imaging, mainly echocardiography. Ample opportunities also exist for practicing advanced cardiac imaging if the candidate has expertise in areas of Cardiac CT and MR. An expertise or interest in Heart Failure will be highly desirable but not required. Care will be provided in multiple settings including In-Patient, Out-Patient, Tele-Cardiology and Outreach Cardiology visits. The ideal candidate will also need to participate in the teaching of students, residents, and fellows.

Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases
Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of annual paid time offer per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays per year and possible 5 day paid absence for CME)
