Job Summary:

• Completion of an accredited nurse practitioner or physician assistant program with appropriate certification exams
• At least three(3) years' of experience, preferred,as a practicing NP or PA, in an urgent care or primary care setting and operating as a sole provider
• Schedule: Practice hours are Monday Thursday 8 am 5 pm; Call is every 3-4months
• Please note this position does not offer visa support
