Primary Care Medical Director – Grants Pass, Oregon

Lead with purpose in beautiful Southern Oregon. Asante Grants Pass Family Medicine is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician to serve as our Medical Director. This is a full-time leadership opportunity that blends administrative responsibilities with clinical care, in a supportive and innovative environment.

Position Overview:

The Medical Director will:

• Provide medical leadership and direction for the primary care service line

• Collaborate with department leaders to advance patient-centered care

• Drive quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives

• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and communication

• Champion regulatory compliance, provider engagement, and complaint resolution

• Actively support population health and community wellness efforts

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency

• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon

• BLS certified (AHA)

• Eligible for participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal programs

• Previous leadership or administrative experience preferred
