Specialty: Family Medicine
Work Setting: Clinic Setting
Schedule: M – F, 8 am to 5:00 pm
Ages Seen: All Ages
Patient Volume: 12 - 15 per day
Types of Cases: Pediatrics, Adults, Geriatrics. Chronic Care (diabetes, hypertension), Preventive Care,
Specialties and Staff on Site: NP, MA, Podiatrist, Behavioral Health, Optometry, Chiropractic
Credentialing: 30 days
Requirements:
Licensure: CA State License and Active DEA
Required Certifications: BLS
Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or other closely related primary care specialty with five (5) years of clinical experience.
Candidates must have recent ambulatory care experience.
