We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner orPhysician Assistantto join our Bone Marrow Transplantteam in Indianapolis!
Position Details:
- Full-time, Day Shift
- Rotating day hours, Monday-Sunday
- Guaranteed weekday off
- No call
- 80% inpatient / 20% outpatient
- Adult bone marrow transplant and post bone marrow transplant patients
- 10 patients/day in hospital, 10/week in clinic
- Team includes 3 physicians and 5 APPs
- Practice locations include Simon Cancer Center and University Hospital
Key Responsibilities:
- See patients both as a team and independently managing patients that are undergoing bone marrow transplants and immediately after.
- Perform procedures including bone marrow biopsies and skin biopsies.
Qualifications:
- ACNP, AGNP, FNPor PA certifications required
- Experience in BMT or Hematology/Oncology strongly preferred
