The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics (RIAO) at LifeBridge Health is actively recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our esteemed trauma care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the surgical management of complex orthopedic trauma cases, including fractures, dislocations, and soft tissue injuries. The ideal applicant will be a team player, committed to providing high-quality care in an emergency and hospital setting, and will have experience in the management of multi-trauma patients.

This role offers a competitive guaranteed base salary of $450-500K. The base salary is dependent on specialty, board certification & experience, with opportunity for incremental compensation through wRVU production and potentially quality incentives.
