• Salary: $535,283/year + production
• $72,000 bonus package!

• Productivity bonus- $66.39/wRVUin excess of8,799

• 1:4 call included in base (91 days/year);additionalcall over91 daysis paid at a rate of $792/day

QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school isrequired. Demonstrated competency as a physician bycompletion ofan appropriate residencyprogram; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowaphysician license;Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
