Orthopedic Surgeon Job at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, IN

We are seeking aNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Pediatricsteam at Riley Hospital, Indiana University North Hospital and Indiana University Saxony.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Day shift
• 410-hour shifts
• No call and no weekends
• 10% Outpatient and 90% Inpatient
• Evaluate and treat pediatric orthopedic patients in the clinic setting and walk in clinic. Possibility to assist in operating room
• Team includes 7 physicians and 6advanced providers
• Patient census of approximately 72/wk in office

Qualifications:

• PNP, FNP, or PAcertification required
• Candidate must be motivated, self-guided learner and flexible
• Candidate must have the skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within pediatrics, orthopedics, ED, Urgent Care or surgery required
• APP experience preferred
  • new grad must have orthopedic surgery rotation completed
