We are seeking aNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Pediatricsteam at Riley Hospital, Indiana University North Hospital and Indiana University Saxony.
Position Details:
- Full-time, Day shift
- 410-hour shifts
- No call and no weekends
- 10% Outpatient and 90% Inpatient
- Evaluate and treat pediatric orthopedic patients in the clinic setting and walk in clinic. Possibility to assist in operating room
- Team includes 7 physicians and 6advanced providers
- Patient census of approximately 72/wk in office
Qualifications:
- PNP, FNP, or PAcertification required
- Candidate must be motivated, self-guided learner and flexible
- Candidate must have the skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within pediatrics, orthopedics, ED, Urgent Care or surgery required
- APP experience preferred
- new grad must have orthopedic surgery rotation completed
