Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Orthopedic Pediatrics

Job Description

We are seeking aNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Pediatricsteam at Riley Hospital in Indianapolis, IN

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Day shift
  • Monday and Thursday - OR days
  • No call and no weekends
  • OR first assist
  • pediatric patients with acute orthopedic injuries
  • Team includes 7 physicians and 5 advanced providers
  • Patient census of approximately 48/wk in office

Qualifications:

  • PNP, FNP, or PAcertification required
  • Candidate must be motivated, self-guided learner and flexible
  • Candidate must have the skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience within pediatrics, orthopedics, ED, Urgent Care or surgery required
  • APP experience preferred
    • new grad must have orthopedic surgery rotation completed
