Job Description

EGA Associates seeks a Primary Care Physician for a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic serving Veterans. Clinic hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (closed weekends and federal holidays).

Role:
Provide outpatient primary care to Veterans in accordance with VA standards. Oversee daily clinic operations and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver comprehensive primary care and develop patient health plans.
  2. Ensure same-day access for in-person, telehealth, and phone visits.
  3. Lead and coordinate care with the team; review performance data for improvement.
  4. Maintain compliance with VA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards.
  5. Participate in performance improvement programs and complete required reports.

Qualifications:

  1. MD/DO in Internal Medicine or Family Practice Licensed in PA or willing to obtai
  2. Board Certified/Eligible.
  3. State license, prescriptive authority, BLS certification.
  4. Women’s Health exam experience preferred.
