Practice Details:

Community-based practice looking to add another general surgeon

4-day work week with a solid mix of clinic and OR time

Broad scope of general surgery cases with the ability to do scopes only if interested

Ability to do basically whatever surgical procedures you want

Current surgeon is doing up to about 17 cases per month and additional 20+ scopes

Large service area with the ability to capture double the number of cases the hospital is doing currently

New 26,000 square foot surgery wing

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary guarantee in the $500-$550K range

Comprehensive benefits package includes a $100k sign-on, all types of insurance, retirement, and more
