Indiana University Health is seeking a dynamic and experiencedAdvanced Practice Provider (APP) Clinical Managerto join ourSystem Health Servicesteam. This pivotal role blends clinical experience with strategic leadership, supporting a broad spectrum of care delivery models includingVirtual On-Demand, Hospital at Home, Urgent Care, Occupational Health,andEmployer Solutions Clinicsacross the state.
The APP Clinical Manager is responsible for:
- Clinical Oversight:Providing direct clinical support and guidance to APP teams across virtual and in-person care settings, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Leadership & Team Development:Leading and mentoring APPs, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Operational Excellence:Partnering with administrative and clinical leaders to optimize workflows, enhance patient access, and support innovative care models.
- Strategic Alignment: Supporting system-wide initiatives and aligning APP practices with IU Health's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Position Details:
- Full-time
- 0.5 FTE Clinical within a System Health Services Department
- 0.5 FTE Clinical Manager (0.4 FTE) Administrative time (0.1 FTE)
- Select weekend days
- Clinics and Virtual Teams operate 7 days/wk., 365
- Ages 3 months and up
Qualifications:
- FNP or PA certification required
- At least 3-5 years of experience in urgent care, family medicine, virtual care, or emergency medicine as an APP required
- Leadership experience required
