About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you’ll play a vital role in diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to provide comprehensive care that emphasizes prevention, education, and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical trainings
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Pennsylvania
- National certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP, PA-C)
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
- Experience in primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, or internal medicine a plus
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
