Gastroenterology Job at The Villages Health in The Villages, FL

1. Conduct comprehensive Gastroenterology assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
2. Internal referral network of over 80 Primary Care Providers. 
   
3. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including primary care physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care in Gastroenterology. 
4. Educate patients and their families about health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
5. Monitor and adjust treatment plans in response to patient progress, changes in health status, and evolving clinical findings.
   

1. Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
2. Board-certified in Gastroenterology.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
5. Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care.
