Outpatient Clinic - Telehealth - full-time

ITP is searching for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our  outpatient team in Minnesota. This will be a telehealth role, working with our outpatient clinics.

Integrated Telehealth Partners (ITP) connects Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner's to hospital emergency departments, psychiatric hospitals, inpatient psychiatry units, rural health clinics, county jails, and other outpatient facilities. In addition, the ITP network provides crisis management to help patients find the best level of care in the market, which increases access to coordinated care and decreases patient wait times.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday - no evenings or weekends

  Requirements

• Current PHMNP licensure in Minnesota required
• Collaborative provider able to work with our Providers and our Clinical Support Team
• Lifespan credentialed preferred
• Experience working in a psychiatric outpatient setting preferred
