ThedaCare, a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE/BC Primary Care Sports Medicine Physician for our BRAND NEW hospitals in Oshkosh and Fond du Lac in Wisconsin.

• Full Time: 36 patient contact hours
• 100% clinic
• Call Split among 5 providers
• The physician will partner with a dedicated, supportive, and innovative medical staff; including Advanced Practice Clinicians and MA’s.
• Full service lab onsite, as well as, onsite mammography, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray, Lab

The physician will work in a setting where growth and change are encouraged and expected. As part of ThedaCare's delivery model, providers will offer same-day appointments, and a plan of care for the patient before they leave their appointment.
