This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $243,488 to $288,186 annually with no cap on productivity income potential. Target rounding for the position is 5 days per week, Monday-Friday. Additional growth and leadership opportunities are available as well.
We ask that you be board certified in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM) with an active New York license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is a plus, but it is not required.
