Pay Range: $37 – $53 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) team at Grafton Integrated Network in Cold Spring, MN. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit.

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members.

• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge care.

• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Minnesota) or eligibility to obtain.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

• Previous Med Surg or acute care experience preferred.

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
