The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physicians to join our expanding outpatient teams across multiple clinic locations, including:

• St. Petersburg (Bay Pines VA Medical Center)

• Sarasota VA Clinic

• Bradenton VA Clinic

• Port Charlotte VA Clinic

• Naples VA Clinic

• Cape Coral VA Clinic

These full-time positions offer the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to Veterans in well-supported, team-based environments across the Gulf Coast.

  

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only, Monday–Friday schedule (no call or weekends)

• Practice within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model

• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute concerns

• On-site support from pharmacists, nurses, social workers, and behavioral health

• Opportunities to teach and participate in academic activities
