Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Neurology (Fort Wayne Region)

Job Description

IU Health Neurology Fort Wayne is recruiting aNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative and robust teaminFort Wayne, Indiana! Clinical experience in Neurology is preferred;including injections and pump programming.The idealadvanced practice provider candidate will have excellent critical thinking skills, are able to multitask in a high intensitysetting, and have confidence in their clinical skills to function at the top of their scope.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Day Shift
    • Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
    • Will rotate in hospital as part of APP team
    • 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient
    • No weekends or holidays
  • Practice with experienced providers, including Advanced Practice Providers, Neurologists and Neurosurgeons

Qualifications:

  • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana
  • ACNP, FNP or PA certification required
  • Ideal candidates are proactive, team players and have excellent customer service skills
