Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition is seeking a faculty gastroenterologist with interest in general gastroenterology to start in 2025 at the main campus in Nashville, Tennessee.  Meet our recruiter at the DDW Career Fair on May 5th in San Diego!

Position Highlights:

• Vanderbilt’s Gastroenterology Division comprises nearly 80 clinicians, clinician educators, physician-scientists, APPs, and investigators.
• This Clinician Educator-track position offers bread and butter gastroenterology within a collegial and collaborative group of 14 physicians.
• Great work/life balance – general GI night call only 4-5 weeks per year.
• Our multidisciplinary in-house team includes pharmacists, dieticians, case managers, and highly trained nursing staff.
• Teach fellows, residents, and other learners with a faculty appointment to VUMC and 20% dedicated academic time. Opportunity to participate in research, QI projects, or protocol development during protected academic time.
