• Replacement for retired physician, joining one physician, APP, nurse, MA and clinic support staff
• Located on I-75, 40 miles south of Toledo/I-80, close to major metro and airports (Detroit, Columbus, Cleveland)
• Strong local economy, great schools, universities, amenities and events for professionals and families
• 100% outpatient clinical sleep medicine
• Monday-Friday, no weekends or evenings
• Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
• 1:2 office phone call only
• Average 15-20 sleep studies per week, 13 clinic patients/day
• 10% telehealth seeing patients virtually
  
• 16hrs sleep study reading, 20hrs patient contact, 4hrs admin
• Full complement of medical and surgical specialties
• Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
• Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term plus wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
• Student support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)

Qualifications

• BE/BC Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
• Driven to make a positive difference
• Conviction to provide quality, compassionate care and advocate for patients
• Collegial and positive team member
• Board certified by appropriate specialty board or completed residency or fellowship training within last five years
• Board certification in primary area of practice within five years from the date of completion of residency or fellowship training
• Unrestricted license not subject to any restrictions, conditions or probationary terms
