Pediatrics - Hospitalist Job at USF Morsani College of Medicine- Dept. of Pediatrics in Tampa, FL

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine is seeking 2 Pediatric Hospitalists - one position is primarily daytime (with some nights) and the other is a Pediatric Nocturnist to provide nighttime inpatient care to pediatric patients at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital.

The Department of Pediatrics at the University of South Florida, Morsani College of Medicine is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist  & Pediatric Nocturnist to provide inpatient care to pediatric patients at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital. St. Joseph's Children's Hospital is a tertiary care, 120-bed (including PICU & PCICU) hospital located in the heart of Tampa. The hospitalist program is staffed by approximately 4 FTE daily and 2 FTE nocturnists and cares for routine and medically complex children. This position includes the management of pediatric patients at St. Joseph's Children's Hospital and may potentially teach residents. Opportunities for extra shifts (for pay). 

Requirements: 

• Medical Degree
• Ability to obtain full unrestricted FL Medical License
• Clinical experience in inpatient hospital setting within last 12 months
• BC/BE in Pediatrics
• BC/BE in pediatric hospital medicine, preferred but not required
