🔹 Enhance the Patient Journey: Ensure our messaging, digital experiences, and outreach efforts provide clear, compassionate, and compelling calls to action.
🔹 Champion Data-Driven Strategies: Leverage analytics, market intelligence, and emerging trends to optimize marketing performance and inform strategic decisions.
🔹 Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and research teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
🔹 Lead & Inspire: Mentor and empower a best-in-class marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 A proven marketing executive with 15+ years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, academic medicine, or a mission-driven organization.

🔹 A data-driven leader with expertise in market research, segmentation, and performance analytics.
