Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services.
- Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and complex health conditions.
- Perform routine physical examinations and preventive care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities.
Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.
- Valid state medical license and DEA certification.
- Previous experience in a primary care setting, preferably in a community health center or FQHC.
- Strong commitment to serving underserved populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
