🩺 The Role: Full-Time Hospitalist APRN/APP
Located at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, this position is ideal for providers who thrive in adult inpatient care and are ready to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Care for a range of adult medical inpatients (no peds, no procedures)
- Join a consistent schedule of 12-hour shifts, with block scheduling
- Assist with new patient intake
🧠 The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is:
- Has at least 1 year of experience working as a Hospitalist APP/APRN
- Excited to live in or near Cheyenne, and ready to commit long-term
- ACLS/BLS certified
- Professional, team-oriented, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
💵 Pay & Benefits
We’re proud to offer clear, fair, and transparent compensation:
Hourly Pay:
- Full Time (10 shifts/month): $76/hr
Additional Benefits:
- Zero-premium health insurance (BCBS of TX)

- $3,500 annual business expense fund
- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- No State income tax
- Sign-on bonus eligibility ($15K) – For well-qualified applicants
🩺 The Hospital: Cheyenne Regional Medical Center
- Patient Volume: 4.5 admits per 12 hr. shift/avg. - Night Shift
- Day shift volume is varied.
- Support: Attending physicians always on site.
- EMR System: EPIC
- Shift Structure:
- Day Shift : 7am to 7pm
- Night Shift : 7pm-7am
