Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo, ND, is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join its growing team of physicians and nurse practitioners working in the Sanford Children’s Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota.
- No hospitalist fellowship training required
- Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- Brand new Sanford Medical Center houses an 8 bed PICU, with additional flex beds if needed. Floor shared with 20-24 bed pediatric unit, and 40-bed Level IV NICU.
- Department consists of 8 pediatric hospitalists and 2 nurse practitioners
- Hospitalist is primary on all patients including nursery coverage (with the exception of hem/onc service)
- Census ranges from 15-30 patients, divided amongst 2 teams
- Largest team of board certified, fellowship-trained pediatricians and pediatric specialists in the region
- Sanford Health Fargo is a Pediatric Subspecialty Loan Repayment Program (PSLRP) eligible site.
- Joint appointment as clinical faculty with Department of Pediatrics at UND School of Medicine and Health Science teaching medical students, family medicine and pediatric residents
