We are seeking a dedicated Urologist to join our team in Salem, Oregon. As part of our integrated healthcare system, you will collaborate with a highly supportive group of physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals in inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings.

Your Role with Us:

• Provide both outpatient and inpatient consults, performing clinic and operating room-based procedures

• Utilize robotic surgical assistance to enhance precision and patient outcomes

• Leverage AI-assisted technology connected to our EPIC EMR to enhance care and reduce administrative burden

• Manage outpatient follow-ups after inpatient procedures

• Participate in shared call, inpatient rounding, and urgent urologic surgeries while on call

• Ensure timely documentation of care in the EMR

• Contribute to the development of urology protocols, policies, and education tools

• Build and maintain a strong referral base

• Base salary starting at $545,972 with uncapped productivity-based earnings

• $75,000 start bonus and up to $27,000 relocation assistance
