Saint Joseph Health System, a member of Trinity Health and in partnership with Loyola University Health System, is seeking a visionaryMedical Director of our Cancer Centerto lead and grow a comprehensive oncology program inMishawaka, Indiana.

This is a unique opportunity for aBoard-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematologist Oncologist or Medical Oncologistto shape the future of cancer care in Northern Indiana. Youll lead a multidisciplinary team, drive strategic growth, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional destination for cancer care
• Provide full-scope inpatient and outpatient Hematology Oncology services
• Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and surgeons
• Supervise and mentor assigned medical staff
• Contribute to program development and strategic planning

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and Hematology Oncology fellowship
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Hematology Oncology (or within 3 years of employment)
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure and DEA registration
• Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary care and program development
