MercyOne is seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join our established South Des Moines Family Medicine practice. Serving the community for the past 25 years, our long-term staff is dedicated to community service and embodies the MercyOne mission. 

Opportunity Highlights

• Outpatient Practice
• Join a team of 1 Physician and 3 APPs
• 4-day work week
• Average of 18-20 patients per day
• Call: 1-5 rotation
• Diabetic Counselor, Social Worker, Community Health Worker
• On-site Lab
• J1 and H1B candidates welcome

Compensation and Benefits

• 2-year income guarantee of $290,100 /yr + production incentives
• $150,000 Bonus Package
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program Eligible
