Emergency Medicine Physician Job at Prime Physicians in Eagle Butte, SD

Worksite : Rosebud SD & Eagle Butte, SD (can pick 1 or 2 locations)

• Start Date:  1 month
• Must have 2 years of exprience in ER as APP.
• Requirements to apply:  Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months),  Names/numbers of 3 references - Must have worked within the last 6 months
• W2 pay  - 200k per year plus Medical, Dental, 401k, Long Term Disability, and life insurance
• 1099 - Reg pay $100 - $120 with malpractice covered (housing is provided by facility).

• Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications – BLS, ACLS & PALS, Fingerprints/background check
• Board Certification Requirements: NP or PA and ACLS/BLS/PALS
• EMR: RPMS
• License State: Any State License accepted
• Worksite Information: 0.7-0.8 patients per hour (8-10 patients in 12 hour shift)
