Valley Health is in search of anAdvanced Practice Providerto join our busy Heart Failure Clinic in Winchester, Virginia. The APP is responsible for facilitating the care and education of HF patients and their families from initial contact throughout their continuum of heart failure care. Experience is preferred but willing to consider APP’s who have a strong interest in the cardiology/Hearth Failure specialty.
