Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient | Tryon Medical Partners, Charlotte, NC

We’re seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our outpatient team. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who want autonomy, collaboration, and a focus on quality care—without hospital call.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient care.

• Manage 18–22 patients/day after ramp-up.

• Treat acute and chronic conditions; provide preventive care and lifestyle counseling.

• Communicate effectively with patients and families.

• Document in Athena EMR and coordinate care with specialists.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine.

• Eligible for a North Carolina medical license.

• Strong clinical skills, team-oriented, EMR proficient.

• DEA license and Medicare provider number preferred.
