Atrium Health Levine Children’s is seeking a full time MD/DO to join their well-established and national recognized team. The Pediatric Genetics and Metabolism Division is currently a group of 5 physicians, 2 APPs, 8 Genetic Counselors, 2 Metabolic Dietitians and a Metabolic Nurse. Multidisciplinary care is provided for all genetic and metabolic conditions in pediatric and adult patients (except adult cancer) including congenital anomalies, genetic syndromes, inherited genetic and metabolic disorders, lysosomal storage diseases, mitochondrial disorders, neuromuscular conditions, cardiac genetic syndromes, connective tissue disorders and inherited cancer syndromes affecting children.

• Outpatient genetic clinics, shared call, and inpatient consultation service.
• Participation in division-specific quality improvement plan.
• Clinical programmatic development.
• Participation in hospital, Department of Pediatrics, and system committees.
• Faculty development (leadership, clinical, academic).
• Education – medical students, pediatric residents, and faculty.
