Position Summary 

Location- Oak Ridge, NJ Morris county. 40 minutes to Morristown and 15 minutes to Lake Hopatcong

Office Details-The office has 9 exam rooms. Each provider has their own private office. Currently, there is 1 MD and 1 NP. The building is shared by LabCorp and a Cardiologist, both available for you to refer to if you wish. Each provider works 1 on 1 with a CMA.

Shift requirements- Looking for someone full time, 5 days a week. 1 late night per week, (usually 11:00am -7:00pm or 12:00pm-8:00pm.) Otherwise flexible. Saturday Rotation every 9 ish weeks. 9:00am-1:00pm 

On Call- Once every 9 weeks the provider will take call over the weekend, plus 1 weekday evening every 2 weeks. The office does not round at the hospital.

Patient Demo- 50% Commercial and 50% Medicare.

EMR- Athena

Qualifications or Education, Training and Experience

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
• Licensed in the state of New Jersey
• Board certified or Board eligible
• Completion of an accredited residency program in area of practice (i.e., family practice, internal medicine, or pediatrics)
• DEA controlled substances registration
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) certification
• Successful completion of CHC’s credentialing and privileging review upon hire and recredentialing as appropriate
• Strong computer skills with prior electronic medical record (EMR) use preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, hospital personnel and community members
• Skills to perform patient treatment procedures for most acute illnesses or injuries
• Remains calm and effective in high pressure and emergency situations
