Our system-wide Radiation Oncology team consists of three physicians who work alongside a robust team of oncologists and other specialists. Enjoy the work of patient care in a small-town setting while benefiting from ready access to the resources and support of a large, regional healthcare employer.
Position Overview
• Brand-new state-of-the-art Radiation Oncology clinic
• Successful completion of Radiation Oncology residency program
• Seeking board-certified or board-eligible physician
• Five-day work week
• Phone call schedule is 1:3
• Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
• Weekly tumor board and oncology team meetings
• Quarterly cancer care committee opportunity
• Goal is to grow clinic up to 40 patients per day on treatment and OTV
• Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State

• Compensation: First year salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.
