We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Concierge Medicine Physician to join our practice. The ideal candidate will provide personalized, high-quality care to a select group of patients, focusing on building strong doctor-patient relationships and offering comprehensive medical services in a concierge setting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with patients to manage their health needs in a more individualized and proactive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care to a dedicated panel of patients, focusing on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, order appropriate diagnostic tests, and provide accurate diagnosis and treatment.
- Offer personalized healthcare plans tailored to each patient’s needs, including lifestyle and health management guidance.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure holistic patient care.
- Engage in patient education to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
- Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner, both in person and via electronic communication.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated on advancements in medicine and patient care.
Schedule:
- Regular business hours: Monday - Friday
- Flexibility for administrative time built into the schedule
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- 3-5 years of attending experience highly preferred
- Current, unrestricted medical license in Virginia
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
