Summary:

Skagit Regional Health is actively seeking an additional Dermatologist to complement our current team of four experienced physicians due to rapid growth and increased demand. Highlights:

  1. We are looking for two Dermatologists to work at a newer clinic site with a thriving patient base in Arlington, Washington. Clinic is staffed with a supportive clinical staff comprising of MAs and RNs.
  2. Work collaboratively with our three (3) experienced physicians that are based in our other site roughly 30 minutes away.
  3. Benefit from an excellent work-life balance, with a 4-day work week and no inpatient responsibilities.
  4. This is a full time position with a 36-hour schedulable patient contact hour work expectation. No call or weekends.
  5. Our practice caters to a diverse patient base with a variety of dermatological disorders. This position will focus on seeing medical dermatology patients, with no cosmetic or MOHs.
  6. Practice in a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic with lab and imaging on site.
  7. This is a hospital employed position with support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
  8. Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge) available!

 

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate from an ACGME accredited Dermatology residency program.
  2. Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
  3. Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Guaranteed one-year salary: $525,018
