Nurse Practitioner Neurology - Stroke Program

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Stroke Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Cherry Hill. As a Stroke Nurse Practitioner, you will work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a full-time position of 1.0 FTE and 36 patient contact hours per week. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Outpatient care only
  • Discharging ER TIA (transient ischemic attack) patients
  • Reviewing images with patients
  • Some telehealth hours You will work alongside one PA (Physician Assistant) and three physicians who rotate. We are looking for someone who has:
  • Experience in stroke care
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
