Owensboro Health Medical Group is looking for CRNAs to join our hospital-employed group in Owensboro, KY, located 2 hours north of Nashville, TN.

Opportunity Details

• Supervision model with adequate MD and CRNA support
• Contracted group recently transitioned to hospital-employed model
• Hospital cases include Neurosurgery, GI, CT Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Uro, healthy peds, etc.
• Flexible schedule options depending on provider preference (full-time or part-time)
• CRNAs able to practice to their full scope
• Schedule consists of 8-hour, 10-hour and 12-hour shifts
• $4,000 CME provided annually
  
• EMR: Epic
• Not-for-profit health system
• NBCRNA is required upon hire

Secondary Call Option

• Experienced and new graduates are welcome to apply
• Full time status: 1,680 hours worked annually
• Sign-on bonus
• Total annual compensation: $287,520 (sign-on bonus included)

No Call Option

• Experienced and new graduates are welcome to apply
• Full time status: 1,760 hours worked annually
• Total annual compensation: $250,400

Hospital Overview

• New hospital (built in 2013), licensed for 477 beds with 16 operating room suites
• Hospital is Level III Trauma, serving as a regional referral center
• Full benefit/retirement packages and malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Average of 2,200 hospital deliveries annually
