Gastroenterology Physician Job with Veterans Health Administration in Augusta, ME

The VA medical center at Togus, Maine is seeking a part-time (full-time potential in the future), fellowship trained gastroenterologist to work with 1.5 full-time pathologists, 1.5 endoscopists, and 1.0 full-time GI APRN. Additional sub-specialization is valued but not required.  General call is shared by all equally, and the case load consists of mainly of general gastroenterology, inflammatory bowel disease, liver disease. Colonoscopy, EGD and paracentesis are required. Capsule endoscopy desired. While we have an immediate need, the start date may be flexible. Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday
