Position Summary
The MultiCare Cancer Institute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Oncologist with a strong interest in breast oncology to join our exceptional team and well-established program in Tacoma, Washington. The Practice

• Join a team of disease site experts dedicated to developing cutting-edge, multidisciplinary approaches to patient care and advancing oncology treatment
• Be part of building Centers of Excellence focused on comprehensive, specialized cancer care, leveraging the latest research, innovation, and collaborative expertise
• Treat a growing population of complex cancer diseases
• Access research opportunities, both industry-sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated research, in collaboration with dedicated staff
• 2-year annual salary guarantee of $500,000.00 DOE with incentive bonuses, including productivity, quality, and engagement
• FTE: 1.0
• Shift: Day
• Schedule: 4 clinic days, 1 admin day, with a favorable call split amongst physicians
