Pediatrics - Critical Care Job at LifePoint Health in Missoula, MT

Community Medical Center in scenic Western Montana is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Critical Care Physician to join our established pediatric team. We’re proud to offer a collaborative, patient-centered environment with the support of an academic affiliation with the University of Washington and a strong commitment to excellence in pediatric care.

Position Overview:

• Full-Time: 15 shifts/month
• Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Night Call Coverage: Provided by Pediatric Hospitalists
• Hospital Rounding Support:
• 24/7 Subspecialty access: Pediatric Surgery, Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, ENT, and Urology
• Strong maternal services: approximately 1,100 annual deliveries
• Level III NICU with Maternal-Fetal Medicine and OB
• No ECMO, CRRT, or pediatric cardiac surgery

• Patient Volume:
• Average Daily Census: 1 (acuity varies as a regional referral center)
• Experience:
• Prior pediatric critical care experience is required
• Educational Impact:
