Banner Health, one of the nation s premier non-profit health systems has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care Team in northern Arizona!  This is a great opportunity for providers who are looking for a rural opportunity that allows you to use your skills and training, providing needed services to a prominent rural service area, while giving you work-life balance during your off days!

A description of our clinic:

• Flexible scheduling encouraging work/life balance
• Clinic Hours: Open 7 days a week, including holidays | 8am to 8pm
• Shared call one shift a month
• Medical Assistants, front office and network of specialists to support an autonomous practice

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of  urgent care or procedures experience
• FNP designation with active AZ license
• DEA with prescriptive authority required
• Must have National Certification (AANP or ANCC), and BLS
• Must have recent experience with all ages (newborn to geriatric)
• Proficient in urgent care procedures
• Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment
