Flexible Schedule: Achieve a healthy work-life balance with the opportunity to design a flexible schedule alongside a dedicated team of Pediatric providers and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
Diverse Responsibilities: Engage in a varied role that includes pediatric admissions, newborn nursery coverage, and Level II NICU responsibilities. You’ll also provide rotational coverage for physicians and pediatricians who do not see their inpatient newborns.
Teaching Opportunities: Contribute to the growth of future healthcare professionals by engaging in teaching with Advanced Practice Providers, Memorial Family Medicine Residents, and Medical Students. Participate in pre-rounds, clinical case reviews, and discussions on special interest topics.
Collaborative Environment: Join a cohesive Pediatric Department, attending quarterly meetings and actively participating in the monthly Pediatrics Core Care Team as a valued member of our Pediatric Center of Excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Salary: $250,000 + Quality Incentives
Sign-On Bonus: $50,000
CME Allowance: $3,500
Relocation Allowance: $15,000
