Hematology and Oncology Job at Piedmont Healthcare - GA in Columbus, GA

Piedmont Oncology, Piedmont Healthcare s newly reorganized cancer program, is recruiting a board certified/board eligible hematology/oncology physician for its Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus, GA. This position will support a rapidly growing and evolving cancer program both locally and across the 23-hospital system. This new physician will support and expand the clinical excellence aligned with discovery and innovation associated with Piedmont Oncology.

The ideal BC/BE candidate will be self-motivated to excel as a clinician and work well with other providers both locally and across Piedmont Oncology. The BE/BC candidate will require a Georgia medical license. He/she must have strong communication skills and genuine compassion for the patients and the patients family/support teams. Piedmont Oncology will provide numerous opportunities to participate in and lead research and care pathway initiatives across the system.

Piedmont Columbus Regional

Piedmont Columbus Regional is part of Piedmont Healthcare s integrated system of 19 hospitals. Our system in Columbus is comprised of two hospitals and a cancer center, serving a radius of more than 14 counties.
