Scope:

100% outpatient | 4.5-day workweek

Absorb an established patient panel (ages 18+)

30 primary care physicians + advanced practice providers, RNs, and dedicated MAs

On-site lab, imaging, PT, diabetes center, coumadin clinic & more

BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds welcome

New graduates encouraged to apply - mentorship available
