Schedule: 3 Mon-Fri weeks and 2 weekends every 4 weeks.
Salary: Up to $320,000

Job Description:

We are seeking a psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in an inpatient setting. This position offers a unique Mon-Fri schedule (3 Mon-Fri weeks & 2 weekends every 4 weeks), allowing for a balanced work-life experience while providing critical psychiatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapy.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:

Board-certified Psychiatrist with valid licensure.
Ability to work a Mon-Fri schedule.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
