Join a thriving orthopedic program at a mission-driven community hospital just outside Richmond, Virginia. We're seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to step into a fully supported, 100% spine practice with a collaborative care team and strong referral network.

Position Highlights:

100% Spine surgical focus

Robotics available - optional based on surgeon preference

Collaborative team of PT/OT, PMR and Pain

Dedicated Ortho APPs and surgical team

Average 20 patients/day in clinic and 15 surgeries/week. Protected OR block time.

Access to hospital-employed primary care and referral base for built-in volume
